Default Ragnarok Online won't connect to paid server.

Hello admin,

Need you to clarify my problem. I am accessing Internet from my college and they have a firewall. I've been searching the Net for a good proxy to bypass it and I stumbled across HTTP-Tunnel. Very good software...let me tell you my story:

Since I didnt know how to setup http-tunnel and freecaps, I manage to set freecaps use your ip as proxy and didnt use the 127.0.0.1 ip and it worked! Playing ragnarok was so fast!

But then, after the taiwan earthquake, everything was lost. I cant login the same way I used to, and everntually I found out that i need to set my freecaps to work with http-tunnel instead of using your free server as a direct proxy.

So after 3 weeks of suffering, i finnally get to log into my ragnarok server again, but to my disgust...it was soooo slow!!! Had to wait about 5 seconds to see my typed texts.

So I decided to register your paid server. See proof of purchase and date:

HTTP-Tunnel Corporation Purchase Receipt

Thank you for purchasing services from HTTP-Tunnel Corporation. We
appreciate your business.

Here are the details of your purchase:

Date & Time: Monday, January 08, 2007 (6:01:00 PM PST [GMT -08:00])
Full Name: **************************
E-Mail Address: *******@yahoo.com
Amount Paid: $4.99
Service: 1 month of high bandwidth service
Service Expires: 2/8/2007 6:01:00 PM
Payment Type: Month to Month - 1 Month(s) Paid
Payment System: Paypal
HTTP-Tunnel Key: ****-*****-*****-*****-*****-*****-*****-*****

However, it was worse than it was before, because your paid high bandwith server couldnt connect to the ragnarok online server, it only manage to pass the first port which is the login page.

FYI, ragnarok online server uses 3 different port. One for ID database, one for character database and one for map database.

The free server manage to pass all, but why does the paid server fail to do the same thing?

Let me show you the problem. Pls view this video (sorry I cant load up in youtube, they are having a maintenance)

I hope you can pls answer my matter, and one more...can I access ragnarok online by putting your server ip into freecaps? Last time I did it, it was very fast and much better than your free or even paid server (perhaps due to direct connection). I wouldnt mind paying for it if the speed is satisfactory.

Thank you in advance. -_-[/url]

Isn't there anyone who can reply to my problem?

Haizz....there goes my $5 down the drain. -_-

I'm using Proxifier now...slightly faster than Freecaps, but the problem is still there. Can't bypass the second port in Ragnarok.... pls refer to my first post.

TQ.

Ok I did some research on both \"proxifier\" and \"freecaps\" your basically running through both products ours and then theirs. No need for this, you only need to use our product. This is likely your issue. Please refer to our guides dealing with \"socks cap\" and our product.

How am I suppose to work my Ranarok Online without Freecaps? It just wont connect at all with that. Obvioulsy, I need to use Freecaps to connect with HTTP-Tunnel to work.

And I believe that is not the problem. Please read my first post properly. The problem is not conflict between two programs, but instead its the problem with your PAID SERVER. I CAN connect to your free server, but i CANT connect to your paid server.

Pls give me a better explanation.

You only need to use http-tunnel, not multiple Proxy programs
