VCM Official Support Discontinued

Hi all:

Just installed VCM in two laptops to test it

On one of them (IBM/Lenovo ThinkPad), it installed with no problems, and added one user

On the other, after I installed and rebooted, I added a user from the first machine, and it just stays saying "Retrieving", never adds it

Any ideas on why this happens?
